1. Recipient Login Process

Recipients start their SwellSign experience with a simple authentication process. The interface is designed to feel like a real product flow with smooth transitions and human-like interactions.

Login Features

  • Role Selection: Toggle between Admin and Recipient modes

2. OTP Verification

After entering an email, recipients receive a 6-digit verification code to securely access assigned documents.

Security Notice

OTP codes expire after a short period. Recipients should check their email promptly.

3. Recipient Dashboard

Once authenticated, recipients access their personalized dashboard showing document statistics and a list of assigned documents with quick actions.

4. Document Completion Process

When recipients click "Submit Now", they enter the document completion interface where they can fill required fields, sign, and track progress.

Two Ways to Fill Your Document

Method 1: Directly on Document

  • • Click directly on highlighted fields
  • • Fill info in document context
  • • Visual context of where data goes
  • • Collapse the side panel for better document view
  • • Toggle "Show Labels" for field identification

Method 2: Using Document Fields Panel

  • • Click any field in right panel
  • • Fill data directly in panel
  • • Easy to see all fields at once
  • • Track completion status
  • • Filter empty/filled fields

You can switch between both methods at any time.

Completion Interface Features

  • • Fill data using side panel OR directly on document
  • • Real-time completion percentage (0% to 100%)
  • • Document Fields panel showing required fields
  • • Red borders for required fields and active highlights
  • • Automatic progress saving during completion

Completion Workflow

  1. 1. Recipient clicks on highlighted fields to start editing
  2. 2. Fill in required information (text, signatures, dates)
  3. 3. Progress updates as fields are completed
  4. 4. Review all entries before final submission
  5. 5. Click "Submit Document" when 100% complete

5. Document Viewer & Download

Recipients can view and download completed documents through the integrated PDF viewer shown in the mockup flow.

6. Identity Verification Before Submission

If the organization requires OTP verification, the recipient must verify identity before submitting the document. The OTP modal shows a realistic “entering OTP” experience and then verifies submission.

Verification Process

  6. 6. Document proceeds to final submission
