Document Recipient:

Receives documents via secure email links for review and signing. Can access, fill out, and submit documents without needing to create an account, making the signing process seamless and accessible.

Document Creation Methods

Direct Document Creation:

Create documents directly by uploading PDF files and adding interactive fields like signatures, text boxes, dates, checkboxes, and radio buttons with variable content support.

Template-Based Creation:

First create reusable templates with predefined fields and variables, then generate new documents from these templates for consistent and efficient document creation.

Document Lifecycle Stages

Draft Stage

Document is prepared with content, signature fields, and recipient settings but not yet sent. Remains private and editable during this stage.

Sent Stage

Document is shared with recipients via secure email links. Automatic email notifications are sent to recipients with signing instructions.

Complete Stage

Recipient has submitted the document successfully. All required signatures and information have been collected with legal audit trails.

Expired Stage

Document has passed its expiration date for security purposes. Please create a new document as expired documents cannot be resent.
